Shipping & Return Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world!
Shipping is free to addresses in the continental United States. There is a handling charge of $40 per item for orders outside of the continental United States.
Free USA shipping is via standard ground service of our choice, and can include UPS, Fedex and/or the U.S. Postal Service. Orders being delivered to P.O. Box addresses will generally ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Note that there may be restrictions on some products being shipped internationally.
Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours (Mondays through Fridays) of the order being placed. Orders are often shipped within 24 hours!
If you have provided a valid e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders within the USA generally arrive within 5 to 7 days (often faster) of the date an order is shipped.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs only if a return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, shipping must be paid when the item is returned to us.
Refunds are issued to the card or account that was used to make the purchase. Refunds are issued upon our receipt of the returned item.
If you need to return an item, simply e-mail Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request return authorization. Please include your name, order date and reason for requesting a return. Receipt or other proof of purchase is required for returns. Our return address is:
