Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world!

Shipping is free to addresses in the continental United States. There is a handling charge of $35 per item for orders outside of the continental United States.

Free USA shipping is via standard ground service of our choice. Orders being delivered to PO Box addresses will ship via the US Postal Service.

Note that there may be restrictions on some products being shipped internationally.

Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours (Mondays through Fridays) of the order being placed. Orders are often shipped within 24 hours!

(Special note for Custom Caddy and Custom Rod orders: Because Custom Shower Caddies and  Custom Shower Rods are created individually for each order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing orders containing these products.) 

If you have provided a valid e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders within the USA generally arrive within 5 to 7 days (often faster) of the date an order is shipped.

If you need your order expedited, please call Customer Service at (800) 892-3986 for shipping options and costs. We will do our best to accommodate expedited shipping requests

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, shipping must be paid when the item is returned to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply e-mail Customer Service to request a Return Authorization. Please include your name, order date and reason for requesting a return. You will receive a reply within 48 business hours.
