Director of Information Systems
Zenith Products Corporation is recruiting for a Director of Information Systems (DIS)
-Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the company.
-Facilitates communication between staff, management, and vendors.
-Assists and oversees development team initiatives for internal application development.
-Oversees computer operations of the management information system, including local area networks and wide-area networks.
-Oversees the management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including voice, data, imaging, and office automation.
-Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of the systems that support end users in the productive use of computer hardware and software.
-Oversees and evaluates system security and back up procedures.
-Evaluates and approves the disaster recovery plan for the information systems group.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience with increasing responsibilities for management and support of information systems and information technology; direct management of a significant IT operation is preferredd. Experience should include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communications systems in a multi-site client-server environment. Specific experience with ERP systems management is required and Data Center knowledge with ISeries / AS400 is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have:
-Familiarity with ERP systems and has a Manufacturing or Distribution Center background.
-Familiarity with desktop, notebook, handheld, and server computer hardware.
-Familiarity with local and wide area network design, implementation, and operation.
-Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows.
-Knowledge of various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software.
-Effective verbal and written communications skills and effective presentation skills, all geared toward coordination and education.

Manufacturing Supervisor (PMD)
Zenith Products Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our plastic molding department (PMD).
General Responsibilities:
The Supervisor is
accountable to ensure safe work environment, meet finished and in-process goods
production schedules. Maintain labor efficiencies to budget, and effectively
manage associates to achieve these goals.
Job Duties:
-Responsible for facilitating associate activities towards
achieving plant goals through effective communication skills, fair
implementation and administration of company policies, and motivational
techniques that bring associates together as a team.
-Lead/Coach associates to maximize labor productivity,
communicating expectations, procedures, policies, goals and budget in adherence
in a fair and dignified manner
-Monitor production cells to achieve desired throughput and
quality.
-Conduct personnel reviews, and counseling when needed.
-Coach associates to maintain 5S standards.
-Emphasize safety guidelines, and provide monthly safety
training.
-Assist Process technicians throughout shift.
-Monitor scrap rates on machine and adjust as necessary.
Qualifications:
-Good Communication skills, written and verbal in English.
Spanish is a plus.
-Familiar with lean Manufacturing principles.
-Consistently good attendance.
-Good organization and troubleshooting skills.
-Must be dynamic, flexible and able to think outside the
box, and be a change facilitator.
-Must be a leader, mentor, coach and teacher.
-Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
-Must have a positive attitude and approach job with
passion and intensity.
-Proficiency with injection molding principles.
-Must be able to make decisions on own and defend
decisions.
-Must be self directed.
-Prefer experience as a Process Technician in an Injection
Molding environment.

Programmer
Zenith Products Corporation is
currently recruiting for a Programmer. This position reports to the Manager of
Systems Development and is a salary position.
The Programmer is responsible for writing, development, design, testing,
maintenance, and implementation of programs within a set of standards in an
AS/400 environment. Additionally, the Programmer will be responsible for user
support of systems developed.
Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years experience with iSeries and RPG
-Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution systems
-Excellent organizational skills
-Ability to work with minimal direction and function within tight deadlines
-JD Edwards system experience is a plus
